CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Terms

All Postal orders and test kits are non-refundable. Unfortunately, due to the medical nature of these test kits, we can not issue a refund.

Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address, we use a signed Royal mail postal service to ensure that we obtain proof of delivery. Our service is fully provided by the dispatch of our kits, we do not have any control over the outcome of your covid status. This can be positive, negative, or invalid. All results are sent to PHE directly by the lab partners.

If Royal Mail confirms that the test kit is lost, we provide a free-of-charge second kit to be sent to your address, this can only be done if royal mail can not provide proof of signed delivery.

ALL IN-CLINIC Appointmnnet are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. Instruction is provided in your confirmation email.

OUR LIABILITY

1 Our total liability to you resulting from a Contract is limited to the total value of that Contract – meaning the price you paid for the Products and any additional services. We are not liable for any costs, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage you suffer as a result of:

a) Test results not being made available to you within the turnaround time;

b) Your failure to act upon our advice if we recommend that you seek medical advice or attention having taken a test;

c) Your failure to attend a pre-booked appointment, or your failure to fill your sample online registration;

d) Loss or damage that is not foreseeable, and any missed or delayed delivery by royal mail to your address or sample specimen to our lab partners by you using Royal Mail pre-paid mail. You can track the delivery of your sample to our lab by tracking it online using the numbers under the barcode of your pre-paid labels on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. We provide a free of charge replacement kit in case of Royal Mail failing to deliver your kit or your kit is damaged. You must email us at kendal@gettestednow.co.uk in order for a replacement request.

e) Events outside our reasonable control as described below.

If we fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for the loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered this contract.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the relevant sample has been collected and sent to our laboratory within the Validity Period and the data is entered accordingly. We are not responsible for any missed data entry or failure to submit correct data to our lab partners.
